I photographed my brother, sister in law, nephew, and soon to be here little girl on Saturday. I learned how hard it is to keep a 2 year old sitting still Doesn’t Austin look like such a big boy. We went to Hovander Park which is always fun with the animals. Here is part one of the photos watch for part two tomorrow.
We have had Marley for about 6 years we got him when he was a tiny kitten. He has always been an interesting cat. He acts like a dog…. you call him and he comes trotting to you. Within the first year of getting Marley he ate a toy and had to have emergency surgery to have it removed!
I love getting my camera out and taking pictures of pretty much anything. These are from one day after work walking around our yard. We have a hard time growing much in our yard because we have lots of deer. Deer seem to think that my yard is their feast!
Since Spring seems to be here I thought I would do a mini session promotion. There are only limited spots available so email me to schedule your appointment soon. This mini session is great for family, couples, children, pets & groups of 5 or less. {If you have a larger group send me a email and I will see what I can do} Click on the contact button above to schedule.
A couple weeks I had the opportunity to go to Sandy Puc’s Family Tour for photographers. The video below was played at the workshop. A photographer that I met at there Jamie Neilsen found this and posted it on facebook and once I saw it again I knew I had to post it here. Please watch it all the way through.
“The opportunity to capture a families memory is a privilege. We should not take this privilege lightly, but treat each session like it could never be captured again…because it can’t. Long after our work here is done, someone will gaze into our im…ages and see a reflection of their life, their history and of loved ones long gone. In each portrait we create, there is a a story. A moment stopped, captured and documented in the press of a shutter. Although only a single moment in time, within the image there is a lifetime of love, hope and joy.” –Sandy Puc
